Tuesday to Friday	9.00am until 5.00pm

The practice is closed for lunch between 1.00pm and 2.00pm

Appointment Policy
A text reminder can be sent to you free of charge for all hygienist appointments and appointments over 40minutes if you provide us with your mobile number. Otherwise, a reminder will be sent through the post 2 weeks in advance for check up appointments and we phone you to remind you of your hygienist appointment 2 days before.

If you cannot come to your appointment please give us at least 24 hours notice, and we will happily reschedule your appointment. Re-allocating your time to another patient helps us to keep our treatment waiting times as short as possible.

Missed appointments

Denplan patients
It is important to understand that Denplan do not pay for any missed appointments and that we are entitled to charge for wasted surgery time. As a practice, we do not charge for the first missed appointment, however, if you fail to attend a further appointment, we reserve the right to charge the full amount in accordance with our fee scale.

Private patients
Again, as a practice we do not charge for missed appointments, however, to try to reduce the loss of surgery time, we ask that the next appointment is paid for in advance as a deposit. ( We do accept telephone transactions).

We have recently set up a text messaging service. This service is set up to remind patients of hygienist and 40minutes + appointments. The text messages are sent two days before the appointment.
